但是某种意义上用这段话来想象鸿儿挣扎于血海中的心境也毫无违和?是放手任由死亡作为最后的解脱,彻底告别命运的暴虐与尘世的痛苦,人世的鞭挞和讥嘲,被轻蔑的爱情的惨痛?还是因着对那不可知的国度的恐惧,继续忍受目前的折磨,而不至于永远驻留在那国度再也无法归来?
终究,此世,尚且有那一人,即使是只能远望起背影也抵得过千回百转的折磨。

而最终正是过多的情感与权衡使人变为懦夫,消解了行动的决绝,纵然是伟大的事业,纵然是重如一国的筹码,在情感的考量中也失去了行动的意义。
选择的冲突,理性与情感的交错,直到生面的最后一刻恐怕都无法有正确的答案,或许唯一可以使一切尘埃落定的只有所谓天意。而在最终,故事里的王子到底还是以宿命论的姿态从容拥抱了死亡。
